Sample Metal 3D Printed Parts

Unlock affordable metal part production from virtually any workspace with this metal 3D printing kit. Compatible with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) systems, this solution allows you to design, print, and sinter real metal parts easily and affordably.

Print & Sinter – The Process

This filament works similarly to PLA but contains metal powder mixed with a polymer binder. Once printed, the “green part” undergoes a debinding process to remove the binder and is then sintered at high temperatures to fuse the metal particles into a solid, dense structure.

Results: Durable, functional parts that are ready for real-world application in engineering, manufacturing, education, and beyond.

Ideal for Classrooms & Makerspaces

Give students real-world experience with additive manufacturing using metal. The hands-on design-to-production workflow strengthens critical thinking, CAD modeling, and materials science skills.

The EDUMiLL makes it easy to 3D print with real metals like aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel—bringing industrial-grade capabilities into your lab, classroom, or workspace. Metal 3D printing is no longer a concept of the future—it's accessible, cost-effective, and ready to use today.

Using familiar FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) technology, the process begins with a special filament infused with metal powder and a polymer binder. Just like standard PLA, this filament is fed into your 3D printer and layered to form a “green part.”

Next, the green part enters a debinding phase, where it is heat-treated to remove the plastic or wax binder. This leaves behind a porous metal structure that is ready for the final step.

Finally, the part is placed in a high-temperature kiln for sintering, where the remaining metal particles are fused together. The result is a solid, dense, and durable metal component with strength and precision that rivals traditionally manufactured parts.

Design. Print. Sinter. Build. It’s that simple.
