Workforce Development Certifications

Providing Affordable Industry 4.0 Certifications

The Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop and deploy modular Industry 4.0 certifications for a wide range of industries.

SACA can help individuals obtain certifications in a variety of occupations, including interacting with software, data, networks, and smart devices. SACA certifications are different then many others out there as they address isolated competencies, from machining to maintenance and IT. They certify “connected systems” skills that address the integration of these technologies with Industry 4.0 technology.

GrabCAD Print simplifies the traditional 3D print preparation workflow and provides intelligence around printer usage so your team can get quality prints, faster. Print directly from CAD, organize print queues, monitor material levels, and work with detailed views of your model. The tray and slice preview feature support adjustments before going to print.

The Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC), a 501(c)3 non-profit, is an industry-led training, assessment, and certification system focused on the core skills and knowledge needed by the nation’s front-line production and material handling workers. The nationwide MSSC System, based upon industry-defined and federally-endorsed standards, offers entry-level and incumbent workers the opportunity to demonstrate that they have acquired the skills increasingly needed in the technology-intensive jobs of the 21st century.

Services

Assessments

As the leading certifying body for the nation's front-line manufacturing production and supply chain logistics technicians, MSSC's two certification programs allow students and workers to document their knowledge.

E-learning Courses

MSSC offers curriculum for both manufacturing and logistics. Their online courses offer flexible turn-key solutions for any organization, including high schools, community and technical colleges, universities, employers, workforce investment boards, private training companies, and more.

Instructor Training

MSSC requires organizations that wish to offer their courses to attend instructor training or purchase an instructor package.

MSSC offers three certifications for this workforce: Certified Forklift Technician (CFT), Certified Production Technician (CPT), and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT).

FANUC America offers Certified Education Training (CERT) to qualifying high schools, community colleges, and universities. With FANUC America's educational products, students can learn to utilize the latest automation technology in robots, CNC, ROBODRILL, and integrated solutions while applying science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) skills.

Stratasys Neo SeriesStereolithography (SL) is a method used to create 3D-printed objects. It's the process by which a uniquely designed 3D printing machine, called a stereolithograph apparatus (SLA) converts liquid plastic into solid objects. The Stratasys' 3D printing solution adds game-changing advances in speed, accuracy, and reliability to the established capabilities of Stereolithography.

The open-system Stratasys Neo 3D Printer uses Stereolithography (SL) technology to deliver dependable, scalable fabrication at unprecedented speeds. Harness the power and performance you need to create precise parts efficiently and affordably.

Neo Stereolithography printers can create large parts, with outstanding surface finish and high resolution. Part quality is consistent at large volumes and highly repeatable.

Applications

High volume prototyping

High throughput volume printing for demanding industries such as service bureaus or internal centralized shops.

Large part prototyping

Print large concept and communication models to determine functional fit-and-form accuracy.

Rapid tooling

Print tools and molds for short-run end-use part production.

Neo stereolithography 3D printers deliver:

Reduce finishing time by up to 50%.

The Neo produces highly accurate parts with unparalleled industry quality. Optimizing the machine design and utilizing the latest cutting-edge technology available for laser and scanners, our beam delivery system produces exceptional layer-to-layer alignment repeatability. The printed parts are dimensionally accurate, with exceptional sidewalls and crisp feature resolution.

Open resin system.

An open material system means users are not restricted by the usual parameter constraints, offering the ability to utilize any 355 nm hybrid resin chemistry.

Proven reliability and quality assurance.

Designed by engineers for engineers, the Neo is carefully engineered throughout using state-of-the-art technology, proven components and aesthetic finishes.
