All products listed were developed in partnership with the FANUC America Education Group and are sold exclusively through the FANUC Education Reseller Network . They carry the industry training curriculum of key manufacturers like FANUC America , Rockwell Automation , and Miller Welding .

High School Training: Years ago, we founded a state-of-the-art high school training center where we opened our doors to high school students from surrounding schools to learn the nuts and bolts of manufacturing. We lead them through coursework and hands-on learning designed to open their eyes to the opportunities they have in industry after school.

Apprenticeship Program: Students who graduate from these programs must enroll in an apprenticeship program to continue employment, where they go through a two- or four-year program, fully paid, working during the day and continuing school at a community college at night. This has proven to be a phenomenal approach to education, developed over time based on the need for workforce development. The key to this is the partnership that has come between industry and education. We believe this partnership is vital to changing industry and solving the workforce development problem as America moves forward.

It was through this partnership with education, as well as our relationship with FANUC Education, that we realized the gap in the market for trainers and curriculum. Colleges are using equipment to teach industrial systems that doesn’t match what a student will see upon graduation. Students aren’t able to get exposed to real-world industrial equipment in school, because it doesn’t exist. What does exist is watered-down trainers with and curriculum. America needs an industry-level curriculum, taught on industry-level equipment so that students are prepared for the workforce when they leave the classroom.

Our trainers were developed in partnership with FANUC America education, and are sold exclusively through the FANUC Education Reseller Network. They carry the industry training curriculum of key manufacturers like FANUC America, Rockwell Automation, and Miller Welding. These partnerships are critical to maintaining high-caliber trainers that model industry standards.

OnRobot Material Handling Collaborative Robot SolutionsOnRobot Collaborative Robot Solutions

Transferring, Sorting, Packaging, Palletizing

It makes great sense to automate material handling processes if you want to reduce physically straining work or increase productivity without having to worry about recurring labor shortages. In material handling applications, items are moved from one position to another – often referred to as “Pick and Place" applications. Depending on your needs, the robot can work beside your employees, transferring or sorting items, or it can carry out packaging, palletizing or other processes. Whether it requires sensitivity, flexibility or strength, you will get precision handling hour after hour.

OnRobot Machine Tending Collaborative Robot SolutionsOnRobot Collaborative Robot Solutions

Transferring, Sorting, Packaging, Palletizing

Machine tending can be a dull and dangerous job that requires a high level of consistency – even after many hours of work. Automating your machine tending job increases safety for your workers and frees them up for higher level tasks. Plus, it also increases productivity and allows for production to continue after operators have left the workshop, meaning you can take on bigger jobs. With our dual gripper solution, you can significantly decrease cycle times as it is able to handle 2 objects and actions simultaneously.

Deburring, Sanding, Polishing, Buffing, Drilling, Milling

Every surface has small variations, so in order to achieve an even surface finish, the sander or polisher must meet the surface with a constant force and move with an even speed. We have built-in software tools with the HEX sensor that make it super easy to use for polishing/sanding – you can record the path with your hand, rather than recording every waypoint. Then you program the force and torque and the robot adjusts to the surface instantly, giving you a perfectly polished surface.

  • Mining Truck Operator Simulator Trainer
    Item Number:
    MT
Modern mining equipment is increasingly complex, costly, and difficult to operate productively. As a result, proper operator training has become everyone's business. The fact is, it takes training to spot a truck and position it for loading under a full bucket. It also takes training to back up a truck just using mirrors under that bucket. Otherwise, your mining operations will suffer from lower productivity, higher fuel costs, increased tire wear, and more equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Mobile Crane Personal Simulator
    Item Number:
    MCRA
Simlog’s Advanced Edition puts you at the controls of a modern rough-terrain mobile crane equipped with telescoping boom and jib, and a variety of hook-blocks with best-in-class simulation graphics and physics, slings that go “slack”, and a boom that deflects. And now there’s wind, with parameters to define the direction, strength, and gusting.
