Process Control Training Systems

Process Control Trainer

Process control is a versatile and vital part of major industries, including power generation; petrochemicals; food processing and bottling; chemical manufacturing; biotechnology; pharmaceuticals; and refineries.

Because of the wide application of this key component, Amatrol has developed the largest and most in-depth offering of industrial process control training options available. Amatrol offers four major process control trainers, each covering a different process control application: level and flow, temperature, analytical, and pressure. Amatrol also offers a variety of training options for related process control applications such as HART communication protocol, Foundation Fieldbus, and SCADA.

  • Amatrol FaultPro
Industry's Only Fault Insertion & Troubleshooting Software

Amatrol’s FaultPro computer-based fault insertion software is the industry’s only electronic troubleshooting training system. FaultPro allows instructors to instantly set and tailor faults to test a student’s weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

  • Amatrol Advance Manufacturing Trainers

  • Amatrol T5552F Learning System
This process control troubleshooting training system is extensively instrumented, which enables learners to observe the system’s operation, understand the effects of external disturbances, and how their hands-on adjustments affect the process.
    Item Number:
    T5552F

Amatrol’s Level and Flow Process Control Troubleshooting Learning System (T5552F) covers calibration, installation, operation, and troubleshooting for flow and liquid level process control systems and components. The process control training system uses industry-standard components mounted and plumbed in a closed-loop circuit to provide learners with the opportunity to practice manual and automatic control of a process instrumentation system by controlling the water flow rate between two tanks or the liquid level in one tank.

  • DAC Industrial Skills Training Model
    Teach Industrial Skills Hands-On
